Can I fix this broken jailbroken iPhone 4?

I deleted some "private" files on my phone, I think they are internal server files or something crazy... Anyways, when I connect it to itunes, my phone won't show up anymore and the apple logo on my phone shows up for about 10 seconds, then it black screens for about 5 seconds, then it says it needs to charge for about another 5 seconds, and then it repeats. Now it is starting to just loop the apple and black screen on my pc, vs my mac. Any ideas/help? I think its done, but I thought I might as well check.
