What are the causes of Lowe Back Pain ?

sometimes it hurts really bad and i have to move slowly, how can i reduce pain ?

    Usually, it's muscle pain. External heat, a heating "rub", gentle stretching, and ibuprofen can work wonders.

    If it doesn't improve, doctor time.
