Should I do boxing or kickboxing?

I'm thinking about starting boxing or kickboxing but I can decide which one. I'm a girl, 14, 5'2" and 97 pounds. I'm trying to get and stay in shape. I really don't want big muscles on my arms though. Also, can I wear a long sleeve shirt or a jacket? I'll be taking classes at LA boxing at it doesn't say their clothing policy on their website.

Kickboxing and boxing are both great for fitness. I personally do boxing and love it. As for weather you should do boxing or kickboxing it's really all down to you. Kickboxing is as the name suggests mostly about the kicks or so I've heard. Perhaps your best bet is too just give both a try and see what one you prefer. As for clothing policies a boxing club wont have one just wear clothes that are suitable for exercise.

Kickboxing is a sport where the competitor is permitted to kick during boxing. It is a martial art also called as cardio kickboxing.

Boxing used for an entire body workout that is certain to get your calories burning and heart pumping.

So in my point of view overall, Boxing is best
