If most psychopaths can get easy access to guns, why dont I hear simular shootings in inner city areas?

Black folk don't do mass shootings out of "depression" or some other stupid mental "illness". In fact, given what Black people have survived ( apartheid , slavery etc ) I don't think we would still be around if we got depressed & suicidal easily. And also that we

A. Have either developed ( maybe subconsciously, maybe culturally ) better coping mechanisms for dealing with depression

B. Studies have shown that Blacks , generally speaking , have a higher immunity to mental ( & physical illness ) as a result of genetic variation. Hence the reason for the lack of schizo's , bi-polar etc etc in the Black community

So usually when Black people do end up killing someone, they almost always come from low income backgrounds where, in some cases, they see it as a form of survival ( either because they are in a gang , who sometimes have initiations that involve murder as a test for new members ) or they are in a war with a rival gang

When was the last time you heard of a Black person from a comfortable middle to upper income background, just randomly going on shooting sprees. Like we see Whites doing all the time ( in fact most serial killers tend to come from relatively well off , educated , caucasian backgrounds ). The mega wealthy White rich are profiteering off wars that kill millions of people ( through companies like Haliburton , Lockheed Martin ) and the destruction of lives ( The prison industrial complex etc )

Whites just have higher rates of psychopathy, it is what it is and the facts speak for themselves

We don't here about it because it's no longer news that some idiot took an uzi and shot up a bunch of people. Granted that drive buys do not kill as much because the shots are not as accurate. As for psycopaths will do what ever to kill, In my college some idiot plow through a bunch of pedestrian.

Have no idea, but like I said, they don't kill as many because those who do drive by's aren't accurate, which is the other problem because they end up killing innocents way too many.

As for inner city schools, I went to one that might have been considered one. It's known for high school shootings, back when I was there, but they were shot one by one, not in mass. One of the things about my school is that it's harder to get away with mass shootings because some of the gangs would have guns on the premises.

not all shootins in my town is gang related, but the psycopaths have a desired position in gangs or would die because they interfer with gang activities. There was a shooting from bridges over freeways that is not gang related. No one died as far as I know because it's hard to aim at a moving vehicle.

We don't hear about it because it doesn't happen that often. Why? Well in the suburb areas they refuse to take measures that would prevent people from going on shooting rampages. These are some of the precautions that inner city officials and administrators have put in place to prevent or limit mass shootings by psychopaths:

1. Cameras on college campuses and in the buildings. Also there are emergency levers to pull in various parts of all the buildings that would alert public safety guards to any threat in the schools.

2. Two police officers stand at various corners of high crime areas or drive by to make sure that people are behaving and that everything is okay.

3. When people go to the hospital, they are given tests, administered by the nurses, of the brain through questions and other forms to find out if they are depressed, suicidal, angry, being abused, etc.

4. There aren't that many gun shops in our area. As a result, there are less weapons for psychopaths to get their hands on. We had one incident where a psychopath tried to attack police with a KNIFE, but he was shot to death by them. See that's the difference when the person can't get their hands on a gun.

5. More police are hired so that they can cover larger areas of the city and reach to threats more quickly. As a result, people tend to hesitate before going on shooting sprees for the most part because they'll be stopped quickly.

6. More money is given to poor parents of mentally ill people to help them pay for their care. If they aren't living with parents, many of them are assigned to homes where someone stays with them to make sure that they are taking their medicine. If the person has to go out, they have to return by a certain time to take their medicine. If they are still out, people are notified that they haven't returned.
