What are some good books for teens like harry potter conspiracy 365 and alex rider?

I like the magical side of harry potter and would really like to read something similar . I like the kind of teen spies , so something like that , I Like conspiracy 365 so books where people are on the run when they have not done anything. Also any books where people go missing , I can't remember what it is called but there is a book series where all the adults go missing from the earth
