What is the best choice.?

My parents want me to go to a lower rank undergraduate school because I got a large scholarship their. But I also got excepted to a much better graduate school but it is a very expensive school. My parents said I should go to the lower ranked university do very well there and then go to a good graduated school. Is that a good idea of should I go to a better undergraduates school.
