The best answer for your question is simply this: the orientation of stars, planets, galaxies, etc. have no impact on human behavior or, really, anything (as long as 'anything' doesn't include telemetry for rocket launches interplanetary/interstellar missions). I'd put away the astrology books, perhaps stop studying the rather complex pseudoscience of astrology, and put your keen mind to work at something perhaps a bit more productive.
