Is it possible to CHANGE an existing credit card number?
I really want to change my existing credit card number, I DON'T want to get a new credit card. I think one is enough. Is there any way I can do this and if there is, will it be a hassle?
Like, will the credit card company ask a million intrusive questions or decline? Anyone know A: HOW I can change the number and B: WHAT I can expect if I do?

You can report your card lost - they will close that account. Issue a new card with new number. Your previous charges will transfer to new card. It will have the same credit limit, balances and all that.
Like - no, they will not ask a million intrusive questions when reporting a card lost.
I can't imagine why you would want to change an existing account's number - if card isn't lost or stolen. You are still liable for the charges on the account. And changing the account number doesn't increase - or start over - any credit limits.

Also be sincere along with your bank card manufacturer. Do you've got the numbers 13 13? Then just inform them this and they will deal with you.

Report your card stolen. They will issue you a new card, with a new number, but you will technically keep the same account.

Asking 10 times does not get you much better answers.
Be honest about why you need to change this number.
