Best time of day to exercise?

What is the optimum time for cardio and weight loss exercises, Morning, afternoon, or evening? How about before or after eating? Decided that 25 lbs and healthy heart have moved to top of to do list.

    You should always exercise about an hour after eating, you need the calories to fuel you.

    The best time to exercise is the same time every day, your body adapts and you can perform better.

    Anytime that you feel motivated. It does not matter if you exercises in the morning,afternoon or evening. I would exercises when you have the most energy. As for eating you should eat just one small fruit before you workout like a banana or am apple, just something light, and you should eat something that has protein in it after a workout to build muscle.

    What ever time keeps you motivated.

    Dont do cardio w/in 1/2 hr of eating.

    As soon as you wake up in the morning (make sure you've eaten some type of breakfast).

    After lunch or supper so you can burn off your meal calories
