Was i pregnant and miscarried without knowing?

long story short i was 2 months late on my period my last regular period was Oct 18-23 which is only 5 days i always had a regular period never late etc so on Oct was my last period then i was 2 months late until Dec 9-16 a day before (8th) i took a home pregnancy test negative and yesterday i got my period for the second time in 1 month which never happen never so its weird I'm bleeding a lot like I'm changing my tampon every hr. could Ive miscarried i dot take birth control or none of that so it wasen't that that messed of my period no stress etc but was i pregnant and miscarred i dont know whats happen this is new to me and im bleeding alot im worried i remember the last week i had really sore boobs for like a straight week like soar and i had really bad heartburn which never happen so what do you think should i go to the er or what sahould i ddo? PS: sexually active and yes no protection dont judge plz
