Okay, so most of these are non-comic book related superhero movies. Here you go:

-Push (PG-13): Two young Americans with special abilities must race to find a girl in Hong Kong before a shadowy government organization called Division does.

-Jumper (PG-13): A teenager with teleportation abilities must suddenly finds himself in the middle of an ancient war between those like him and their sworn annihilators.

-**I Am Number 4 (PG-13): Aliens and their Guardians are hiding on Earth from intergalactic bounty hunters. They can only be killed in numerical order, and Number Four is next on the list.

-Sky High (PG): Set in a world where superheroes are commonly known and accepted, young Will Stronghold, the son of The Commander and JetStream, tries to find a balance between being a normal teenager and an extraordinary being.

-Zoom (PG): Former superhero Jack is called back to work to transform an unlikely group of ragtag kids into superheroes at a private Academy.

-Unbreakable (PG-13): A suspense thriller with supernatural overtones that revolves around a man who learns something extraordinary about himself after a devastating accident.

-**Star Dust (PG-13): In a countryside town bordering on a magical land, a young man makes a promise to his beloved that he'll retrieve a fallen star by venturing into the magical realm.

-The Covenant (PG-13): Four young men who belong to a supernatural legacy are forced to battle a fifth power long thought to have died out. Another great force they must contend with is the jealousy and suspicion that threatens to tear them apart.

-**Firestarter (R): A couple who participated in a potent medical experiment gain telekinetic ability and then have a child who is pyrokinetic.

-**Kick-A** (R): Dave Lizewski is an unnoticed high school student and comic book fan who one day decides to become a super-hero, even though he has no powers, training or meaningful reason to do so.

-Chronicle (PG-13): Whilst attending a party, three high school friends gain superpowers after making an incredible discovery underground. Soon, though, they find their lives spinning out of control and their bond tested as they embrace their darker sides.

-Hancock (PG-13): A hard-living superhero who has fallen out of favor with the public enters into a questionable relationship with the wife of the public relations professional who's trying to repair his image.

-The Specials (R): The sixth or seventh best superhero team in the world pursue their rightful place in the harshly competitive world of toy tie-ins and fighting evil.

-The League of Extraordinary Men (PG-13): In an alternate Victorian Age world, a group of famous contemporary fantasy, SF and adventure characters team up on a secret mission.

-The Last Mimzy (PG): Two siblings begin to develop special talents after they find a mysterious box of toys. Soon the kids, their parents, and even their teacher are drawn into a strange new world and find a task ahead of them that is far more important than any of them could imagine!

-Senseless(1998) (R): A student gets his senses enhanced by an experimental drug. But abuse is not an option.

**Not specifically supernatural, leaning more towards sci-fi and fantasy.

Okay, most of these are superhero movies, but some (Unbreakable, Push, The Covenant) aren't. Enjoy!

It is actually rare to see a true martial artist. There are many who practice the martial arts, but given the commercialization of martial arts, and the desire for quick and easy results martial arts has been reduced to a test of physical strength. And that is not all that it is. As for 'shooting ki blasts' I don't know if that is true. I have heard that it is possible. I know for a fact that with training you have at least limited control over the amount of pressure your weight exerts on the ground. Usually only someone trying to be a true martial artist will even bother to practice such a thing, and even then only a person gifted in the martial arts will succeed (like every person playing basketball cannot do what Michael Jordan could do even if they trained just as much as he did. He was gifted). Some people say that it is possible to have complete control of this so that one can 'walk on water' or walk on the air. I have never seen anyone in person with that level of control. Either way, if you actually met a real master of either yoga, or some other Asian martial art, and they demonstrated, you would see amazing things, but probably not on the level of Goku, or Naruto. If people could do those kinds of things with a reasonable amount of training, then guns and bombs never would have been developed. If martial arts has to be a lifelong endeavor to be able to do anything remotely like those things, and I imagine it would, then no one would have the time or patience to develop such skills even if it were possible.
