They didn't get it at the election. Will the Republicans get it with the fiscal cliff America hates them?

It's not hate, it's utter frustration that GOP members want to do business behind closed doors as if it was still 1960.

The citizens know who and why passage of bills is such a tedious process. It's not because the good of the country is at stake, it's because their representatives fear re-election competition.

No longer do members of the house vote for those they represent, they vote only to appear friendly with those who control re-election campaign cash.

We still hold the House 233-200 ..voted by the people.

And 60% of all governors 30-20 .. voted by the people.

In fact, before Obama in 2008, there had only been one Democrat [Clinton] as President in the previous 18 years ... the previous 7 elections. So if anything, the Democrats are barely hanging on.

So no .. America does not hate Republicans.

Well, it seem as though the republicans are a little slow to learn, so maybe they won't get the message until the mid-term 2014 election, when more of them are voted out. Then...maybe they will finally get it, that they are not held in high esteem by the majority of Americans.

What is it they aren't getting from the election?! You do realize that the election changed NOTHING don't you? O'Bama is still going to be president, the Democrats still control the Senate and Republicans still control the House!

America hates Democrats too. I know Dems are ready to j1zz on themselves over that poll that says Americans will blame Republicans "MORE", but nobody really likes either at this point.
