How do i get on my military email account?

Ive been out of air force bmt for 1 month and im in tech school im trying to figure out how to get into my military email account ive gained access to the af portal but i cant get my email. I keep getting pointed to owa's there diffrent commands adresses but my email isnt under any of them. Any help would be apreciated.

    I didn't get access to my email account until I got to my first base.

    You probably need to renew your CAC card, you cannot access your military email without it.

    Look for the, "re-set your password" link. Normally a1-800 number

    You could ask someone in your chain of command.

    (they do have that in the AF, don't they?- or is it Pack leader?)
