Canker or cold sore?...?

Okay. So I seem to get frequent "canker" sores in my mouth...but I've Googles canker and cold sores. old sores are on your lip and scab over? That's not like the bumps I get at all. The bumps I get are in my mouth, and happen on the sides next to my front teeth.

Also, these bumps are just the color of my gums.

But my real question, is there anyway to make these go away faster, and is it actually a canker sore? Also, all day my tongue has hurt in one spot most of the day, either right in the center of my tongue or loser to the edge of my tongue. Idk why this is but this happens too. Any ideas to what that is and how to make it better?

Thanks everyone!

Put salt on the canker sores a few times a day. It will burn but it should make them go away within a few days.

It does sound like a canker sore. I get them every time I eat a lot of acidic things such as fruit or fruit snacks. They have things at the regular grocery store that you could use it works really well but they all seem to taste horrible
