Road bike touch up paint?

I have a road bike frame that could use some touch up. Can anyone tell me what type of paint to use and where to get it? The bike isn't carbon fibre.

Many bikes are now painted with colors and finishes that you can't get as touch-up paint in an auto supply shop. The manufacturers say they can't ship touch-up paint to you because of hazardous substance restrictions (plus, it probably isn't a cost-effective offering for them anyway). In many cases the closest that you can come is nail polish, a reasonable approach to covering small dings in the paint.

If you can't match it from a hobby store from Testors Model paint, you can take the bike to a PPG automotive paint distributor and they can match the color optically exact. You can buy as little as one ounce from them. Expensive. Yes paint is expensive. Some automotive paint is $500 a gallon. That makes it just about $4.00 an ounce.

You can even have aerosol made.

If your problem is limited to a few stone chips, look for a cosmetics stall on a market - they often sell an enormous range of nail varnish in about a million different colours, at about £1 per bottle. It's fine for use on a metal frame such as yours.
