Access router with port 80 forwarded to another computer?

I want to run a low bandwidth site from a computer on my network. But if I forward port 80 to this computer, wont my router settings be inaccessible when I navigate to my network ip? How would I deal with this?

Thanks

If you are accessing 192.168.xxx.xxx on port 80 you should be fine. Port forwarding is for outside connections coming on on the public IP address.
