Best way to loose wight on my bike?
I exercise on my spin bike for 2 and a half hours for 4-5 days a week, but not sure if this is the way to go about what I want. I dont want to gain any more muscle, I just want to loose wight. Should I go on a light intensity the entire time, or go hard for some parts. Should I use the bike every other day instead of 5 days straight? Any input would be great.

Two & a half hours per day - 4 to 5 days a week is overkill. The best way to lose weight is A) Watch your diet! B) Get on a REAL outdoor type bicycle.
You can always set it up indoors on a bicycle trainer on nasty weather days. And by nasty weather I mean snow and/or ice on the roads or rain. If the streets are clear - I RIDE --- spring, summer, fall or winter.
Get a good road bike from a local bike shop & a trainer. Here's an example of one...

BTW...I lost about 70 lbs. by cycling & diet before ever purchasing a trainer.

The fastest way to lose weight is to eat less. If you cant do it by cycling 2.5 hours a day something is wrong with your diet.
