To me it sounds too much like an animated character, or even a pet's name. Doesn't sound like a human child to me.

I agree with answer 1. Is it boy or girl? If boy then no, first, they're down the road of nerd in school (trust me i know), second it doesnt flow right. Alex or Victor is more suitable. If a girl, maybe. Pixel isn't really original which is good if you dont like original stuff and if you like uniqueness. Otherwise, if you like unique stuff Pixel IS perfect. Hope it helps.
