Paintballing?!?!?!?!!?
Right, I'm a girl and I'm going paintballing for the first time and I had a few questions for you guys:
1) What do you wear?
2) Does it hurt (I'm not a wimp I heard it gives you bruises! tehe )
3) What on EARTH do you have to do!?!?!?!!?
I'm planning on sticking with my friend Jonny but I'm the only girl going and don't want to appear an easy target
Thanks

In paintball you will be required to wear a mask and gloves are a good idea to so balls don't hit you in the face or knuckles which would be painful. I would recommend wearing layers or thick clothing because when a paintball hits you it will sting for a second and you definitely don't want them to hit you bear skin because that hurts more, so be covered. Also if you wear more padding there's a better chance the balls won't break. As a girl if you start out by at least looking confident and tough on the field then the other guys will certainly take you seriously. You will sometimes get welts if a paintball hits you right, but it's not too bad. It depends what kind of game your playing but if your playing just one team against the other you want to try and get everyone on the other team out by hitting/marking them with the paint. If you get marked by a certain amount of paint, usually a quarter size of half dollar, then you hold up your marker/gun and walk off the field.

1) You are given overalls, mask and gloves ( It depends at what facility you are at ), and also girls get a breastplate, look it up on the facility's website for more precise details
2) It hurts, its like getting stung by a bee, you will hardly notice because of the adrenaline of the game. The paint ball can do two things, either bounce off without splatting ( That hurts a lot ) or just splat. You will get used to it, and neither will throw you onto the ground in pain.
3) What you do depends on the game mode. The Instructors will always tell you what you do, but normally there are 2 game modes. Team Deathmatch, is where the group is split into two and you have to get your opponents out. If you get hit and it splats, you're out, but if it bounces, you're still in. If you're out, you sit in a 'dead zone' till the next game. (This again varies where your playing). In capture the flag, you're split into two teams again, but you have to retrieve a flag from the middle and take it to the enemy base, while preventing the enemy team from doing the same. If you are worried, keep with your friend, and be tactical. People wont even recognize their enemy's so don't worry about appearing an easy target. If you see an enemy, shoot him. its that simple, just try not go rambo and forget about taking cover.
Good Luck!

If so then best map would be the castle just camp inside the castle and shoot from out the windows ...... And paintballs hurt badly dont stick with a friend that's bad show them that you can handle a gun better then them !!!
