I know it's pretty janky but it will win against a deck that doesn't have heavy tokens or no creatures.
The Leyline is more than I want to spend and I was really wanting to keep it monocolor so there wouldn't be many color issues. Also the Sigil fits more with my theme of producing via the enchantments.

Sphere of Safety can handle token decks easily, and Leyline of Sanctity will shut down nearly all no-creature decks. I made a deck with both of those and some green land auras for mana ramp and powering sphere of safety, and it was very difficult to stop.
I'd also suggest Luminarch Ascention instead of Sigil of the Empty Throne.
