Workouts/Exersices to get in shape?
I'm 16, female, and over weight by about 30 pounds. I want to get in shape. I do tumbling ( LOVE IT! ) but I want to do more to get in shape. Any and all things will help!
Also how do I deal with cravings? I really only crave chocolate but I crave it a lot.

Start by going to the gym. You should start by doing at least 30 minutes of cardio (running, elyptical, etc.) Then go on to strenght training and work your muscles on the machines in the gym. If you can't do that, then look up some Zumba workouts online and some cardio excercises, as well as how to tone your legs, abs, or any other area you have problems with.
As for the cravings, try eating dark chocolate and drink a glass or two of water before you do. That will make you feel full and won't make you eat as much as you usually would.
