How do I use the "comment' button?
Can I comment on any resolved questions...even ones where my answer is chosen best answer. So often the asker asks for more info, but does not allow e-mail. I cannot figure out how to communicate with them and when I try the comment button, nothing happens.
Once when i clicked on it , the little box appeared and i was able to comment, but othertimes when i tried, it did seem to be "dysfunctional."

You can leave a comment on any closed question or when you go there, if chosen best answer.
However, its dysfunctional & been a long time complaint.
The "asker" doesnt get any notification that a comment has been left.
Chances they will go back to the question, after its closed, is slim.
On the slim chance that they should return-- its not eyecatching.
Not highlighted or in bold font and may not even be noticed.
And if they say something back to you-- same applies.
You prob wont go back either

When you click the comment button a white box labeled "And a comment" should appear. You may have to scroll down a little more to see it.

when you see the picture or the post look at the Button it said comments them you click there and leave your comment's and push enter is simple good luck
