Well they are completely different things for starters. Vitamin D is a fat soluble vitamin that is responsible for absorption of other vitamins like calcium and phosphate.

"Omega-3s" are referring to Omega-3 fatty acids, found in plant and animal oils. They are polyunsaturated fatty acids and are considered essential fatty acids. This means they can't be synthesized by the body but are vital for metabolism.

Vitamin A, D3, and omega-three are all absolutely one of a kind nutrients nonetheless all are quintessential for wellness. Note that it's feasible to "overdose" on all three of them, primarily vitamin A within the form of retinol (however no longer the betacarotene kind). The phases of D3 and Omega-three you're taking usually are not even nearly overdosing levels, although O-three generally is a difficulty if you're taking any blood-thinning drug treatments. If now not you may also need to do not forget increasing them, above all D3. All three will surely help with your epidermis as well, but particularly by way of inner intake rather than making use of directly to the skin, although retinol varieties of vitamin A could support with that as well, and that is doubtless what yoour applying to your face. Please notice that it is just about constantly higher to get nutrients from ordinary food sources the place feasible. First option is to eat as well as which you could - then complement with nutrients from suppliers that incorporate traditional plant concentrates of their supplements. Vitamins and minerals work higher in combination with different vitamins and minerals, including other phytonutrients - the way they arrive in food. Notice too that some artificial dietary supplements are honestly dangerous for you in targeted instances, for instance if you're a smoker.

Vitamin D is a vitamin and omega 3 is a fatty acid.

Your confusion probably comes from the fact that fish oil is a good source of both.

I read that Vit D helps to absorb calcium, so have some after cereal for max benefits!
