What do you say when a guy tells you this?

Well this guy commented on my picture: why aren't there girls as pretty as you around where I live? I'm flattered but I don't know what to respond? Advice?

    Dear broken promises.,

    By your name on here ; broken promises' you have been told alot of lies an had many promises broken told to you or spoken .

    May i suggest you take it at face value ,say thank - you an move on
