My Fitness Pal, Is this right?
I use My Fitness Pal to watch my calories and such to loose weight, but I am a little concern with how its set up..like for example Its going off my weight and everything to do with me but its 55% carbs (223g), 15% protein (61g) and fat 30% ( 54g). does this seem right? because when I looked up for a woman trying to loose weight it says pretty much 35/35/30 so the fat I guess is right but do the other two seem high? I am 5'3 and 305lbs. ( thats why I am loosing weight :) )

I don't know if that's right but if you want to lose weight then you need to exercise.
To lose weight you need to do AEROBIC (cardio) exercises on nearly a daily basis. This will initiate oxidative phosphorylation (fat burn) within the cells. Get your heart rate around 100-140 bpm for 1-2 hrs. *walking/anaerobic doesn’t do much weight wise.
You also need to reduce intake of sugars, bad carbs and saturated fats. Drink water. Eat healthy. Eating way too little can cause weight retention. You CANNOT lose weight in one specific part of your body, but rather evenly across the body. Counting calories? Just keep ‘em moderate and do the aforementioned.
Some examples of aerobic exercises are running, zumba, dance, hard swimming, p90x, insanity, sports et cetera. Get your heart a pumpin’.
It will take dedication but the payoff is well worth it. Easy things are not worthwhile.
Take care!

I would say "don't pig out and you'll lose weight". Counting calories doesn't seem to help that much actually, i used to count calories because i am 20 lbs underweight. I gained 4 lbs while counting calories but lost them soon afterwards. I would say exercise, do cardio, and focus on eating salads, fruits, and light meats(no pork). You could even see a nutritionist for extra help on setting up your new diet plan.
