What does 'skinny fat' mean?

You don't meet the weight requirement to be overweight, but do carry an excessive amount of body fat. This is also common among the elderly where their inactivity has caused their muscles to waste away only to be replaced with fat. The opposite is a runner that is skinny, but has a lot of muscle with little fat.
