I cannot pay for an auction I won on eBay.?

When I go to pay for an auction on eBay, I get an error message saying the seller does not ship to my address. The seller and I are both in the US. He is in Ohio, and I am in California. I contacted the seller, and he does ship to California. Has this happened to anyone, and how did you solve the problem?

    Is your PayPal address confirmed with either a bank account or credit card? Many sellers will not ship to an unconfirmed address.

    Yes. This happened to me concerning a Halloween costume. The seller decided to refund me.
