Could I have Cancer of the breasts or lymphoma?

I have a large swollen painless lymph node under my arm. I also have found two hard swollen spots above belly button on stomach. The large one under my arm has no pain, seems squishy but feel like it is getting firmer. I have had it for about a month. Also, I was worried because I hardly drink but did one night and when I got up for my shower is when I noticed it. I have read this can be a symptom if you have lymphoma.

Update:

I do have fatigue, but I have been like this for about 2 years, so I figure it isn't cancer because I have been this way for so long. My breast have had leakage also periodically for about three years. I have an appt tomorrow.

Finding a swollen lymph node under your arm can be quite alarming. However, the most common cause behind a swollen lymph node is an infection. You do not mention any other symptoms such as headaches, sore throats, or exhaustive fatigue, so more than likely, nothing is wrong. But, better safe than sorry---get to your MD and put your worries to rest.

Based on this there is no reason to think you have either.

If you are concerned see a doctor.
