hi. can anyone help me figure out the name of this anime???

I remember i saw a kiss scene of this anime on youtube but didn't have the name anyway their conversation went something like this:

there was a girl crying and this boy came in and asked whats wrong. She was holding a picture. then she said that because she didn't speak a lot to her family they thought she preferred to be alone but the truth was she was rather lonely. the boy tries to kiss her but then she stops him and tells him that if he wants to kiss her he needs to look at her only and not other girls. Then they *KISS* :D.

Anyway can someone pls help me with this name?

In my opinion the characters looked similar to those of lovely complex (not the height, the faces)

Also it is not Bokuro ga ita.
