Where can I get ultrabright omnidirectional 360 degree bicycle lights?

Question

I saw some disc shaped bicycle lights with ultrabright LED lights mounted around the outside of a circular body in a ring. I figured I would find them again easily, but I can't find them anywhere. The closest I can find are rear bicycle lights in a half-circle. I want a full-circle. Please reply with brand and model. Thanks,

I found them by looking online and looking up "bike torch" under shopping.  Here's one I found on ebay.
