3 month old Australian shepherd weighs 27 pounds!?

we just got a 3 month old Aussie, and she is already 27 pounds! is this normal?! or is she just going to be a big girl? she is most definitely not fat, she is as healthy as you can get a dog. trust me, i know a fat dog when i see one and she is not fat at all. so my question is, how big will she be when she is full grown!?

i want to train her how to pull a sulky/cart. will she be large enough to pull one with a 130 pound person it is when she is 2 years old?

Update:

she is 3 months and 10 days. she is a very strong girl, that is for sure.

I'm not sure of the average weight of a well bred adult but it certainly isn't the size of a rottweiler but this pup is more or less..

How old is she in weeks.... ie ..is she nearer 4 months than 3.

I have no idea on their pulling skills but make sure her hips are solid before you try that

She is a herding dog, not horse. If you wanted a dog to cart you around, you should have gotten a Bernese Mountain Dog. Under no circumstances should she be pulling around a 130 pound person.

A full grown Aussie is- 40-90 pounds.

My Bichon Frise x Shih Tzu combine is just about 4 months historical and he weighs exactly 7.5 kilos. For a german shepherd to be that weight concerns me a bit - you must usually see a vet simply in case, or buy some better dog food should you suppose that's the challenge.
