I have a Mexican character in a web comic, and I really need these lines in Spanish for her. Google Translate is not always reliable / idiomatic / natural sounding, and I don't speak Spanish myself, so I have no idea whether the Google version is okay. Can some Spanish speaker please help? Thanks!

you can also say "la verdad es que el jefe tiene DE (you can use either A or DE) la oscuridad. "

La verdad es que el jefe le tiene miedo a la oscuridad. Eso es muy extraño para un fantasma, en mi opinión.
