I read the question, if I feel I have a suitable answer and am willing to invest the time I answer it. I would never judge on the picture or what’s written under it.

The question, if it's decent.
The name of the asker tells a lot if the person is one I know... I'll be able to tell if the question will be decent or not.
Too much here now is rude, nasty, unkind.... insulting, negative, adult content rated, etc...
You were always a decent user and I never saw a bad question from you. :)

It depends. Sometimes the comment contains the relevant aspect of the question sometimes it's in the title.
I mostly don't notice the pictures.

Are you asking which makes me motivated to answer the most? I just saw the question, read it & I am now answer it & none of your questions are why. I am here to help people so I answer their questions.
