Tyler, I asked the technicians about this today. I'm being dosed from the front, but I'm losing my hair in a couple of places on the back of my head.
This is because of what is termed the "exit dose." The radiation doesn't stop in the body, but has a dosed amount that leaves the body on the other side. For you, it's the stomach and for me, it's the back of my head! :D
How many left for you? Two more, two more, two more for me! Can you tell I'm excited?

It came through. There are certain forms of radiation, like proton beam, that create tiny explosions of power at a fixed point and no continuation.

It goes straight through. If you have any redness or tenderness, it's where the radiation goes in, not where it comes out.

Yes it passes through you. This is why the walls ceiling and floor if not on ground level is lined with lead.
