I believe that all people have the ability to be arrogant. Some people are more arrogant than others. Simply fact-check the BS they spew in front of a group of people.

if they are telling you something, say hey, you told me that one twice just last week and you don't care to hear the boring story again.

By not giving them power over us.
I don't reward someone being loud or abrasive by giving them any more attention than is minimally necessary.
We all have a choice in how we react or how we respond.

Put them in a sack and beat them with reeds …or you could make them feel really stupid but judging that your incapable of coming up with this simple answer you self means you have no hope (see what I did there made you feel stupid didnt I) that all you have to do them

Deleting them from existanc would be idealistic to me hon, but if anything dont give them the satisfaction.

Who appointed you to be the arrogance sheriff?
You don't have to bring anyone down to deal with them.
Ignore them, laugh at them, treat them like you would a small child, don't give them the satisfaction of cooperating with their egotism.

Force this person to face what he or she fears most. Take his or her greatest strength, and undermine it. Know what he or she cherishes most, and take it away.
