A serious question in regards to challenged answers to questions?
Why is it that Yahoo upon getting a complaint on an answer, deletes it, deducts points from you and doesn't even take the time to listen to your legitimate reason for the answer? You receive {no} reply from Yahoo, which is rude {the very thing you're being ostracized for} Just submit and take the deduction because common sense doesn't play in to it. Just a thought, "good by to this one," It probably doesn't fit the community guidelines.

There is an appeal process which I have used to get several of my answers reinstated however they threaten to remove even more points if you lose your appeal. There needs to be more of a penalty for false reporting.

But you can send an appeal for which there's a link provided in mail that informed you about deletion of your question.

You can APPEAL.. But, because of the GUIDELINES they can be NASTY with you and you REALLY can't RESPOND without actually speaking to the person who is being RUDE to begin with.
