If I have a Dynex flat screen 32' tv, what do I need to get local channels?

Converter box or just the antenna? Or both?

That depends on how old the TV is. If it is less than about ten years old, it has a digital tuner, and all you need is an antenna. If it is older, you will probably need a digital-to-analog converter.

Will the set tune a channel with a decimal point showing (Example 3.3 0r 45.1), you will just need a antenna. If now you will also need a HD converter Box.

A out side antenna mounted on your roof will get better reception.

Look at the antennas your neighbors are using.

If it is an HDTV, just the antenna. If is isn't, both.

    Both.
