My iPod touch Help ??????

I was opening an app called Pinger ( texting app ) and the screen that just says pinger opened but didn't completely open . And it wont let me click any buttons to get out of it or let me lock or turn off the ipod . So its just stuck on the pinger screen . And it will only let me take screen shots ? Help its been like this sence last night :oo

    Let the battery die so it'll turn off.

    That happened to my iPod with a different app, I just let the battery die then it was no longer stuck

    Leave your iPod alone. When mine does that I put it in my closet so I won't mess with it. Leave it alone for a day or two. Your iPod should die. Once it is dead, plug it in and let it charge up and it should be better again. Good luck
