How to I lose weight off my thighs arms and tummy

    hi katie,

    you can't "spot reduce" weight loss, meaning you can't lose weight from particular areas of your body; weight loss happens all over. However, by doing cardio exercise (aerobics, running etc) regularly, as well as strength training at least three times a week (ab exercises, weight lifting programmes) you will lose fat and tone your muscles to create an overall slim body! Do this as well as ensuring to eat healthfully and you're set :)

    Work out at least 30 minutes everyday. At the same time eat healthy foods, that they are not greasy.
