Superman always keeps himself from unleashing his full potential. He's so strong that he has to hold back otherwise he may seriously injure everyone around him.
He explains it in Justice League Unlimited... the final episode.
"I feel like I live in a word made of cardboard. Always taking constant care not to break something. To Break Someone. Never allowing myself to lose control, even for a moment or someone could die."
Also... all those characters have fought Superman... but Superman won every time.

The only one who made a chance was goku but even that is proven wrong
At least with the old superman the new superman is weaker than the old butt stil unbeatable

How much more proff do you need to prove Superman is no pushover. If you stepped out of your shell you would realize that everyone has a limit even anime characters.
