How can you find out which language is spoken at vacation destination?
We plan to visit the Dominican Republic and have found that they speak French and Spanish. I have looked on the web site for our hotel and cannot find the answer.
Bill that is more than I knew. I want to know which language they speak at my resort. If they all speak Spanish in the Dominican Republic then you gave my my answer.

You have found that they speak French and Spanish, so what else do you need to know? The Dominican Republic is the eastern half of the island of Hispaniola. Haiti is the western half. Haiti was a French colony, and the Dominican Republic was a Spanish colony.
