heart murmer... should i get it checked?
ive had a heart murmmer my whole life (im 23) I haven't gotten it checked in over 5 years because I don't have insurance. is this bad? should I get it checked? the last time I went they said it wasn't that big of a deal but to keep getting checkups every 5 years

No. I have one too and I'm 50 years old and it wasn't diagnosed until I was like 35. It won't change as you age but you will always have it. I am a super active person and work out and run, and it's never bothered me. Basically, I didn't know I even had it.
If you start noticing something weird one day have it checked but you are pretty young so eat healthy and execise and be happy.
