Why do I keep saying stuff like this?

I am a middle aged woman and I don't know why I say some of the things I do. I'll say stuff out of the blue and it is very inappropriate. Example, I said to my daughters 15 year old boyfriend (who is bow legged). " If I put a strap around your knees and pull it tight we could get another inch out of you." Like OMG what is wrong with me.

I don't need for anyone to tell me that was rude because obviously I know this. I need to know why I do this. I've been doing it for years. Please help me.

    Maybe you just have impulsive problems (could be caused by ADHD,Bipolar,borderline personality disorder...but it could also just be your personality)
