Detox diet - any ideas?

I want to do another detox, last time I got too hungry after 3 days and couldn't complete the 5 days I had intended. Any help with this would be grateful, thanks

Try this one The 3:30 Detox diet its the latest 3 day detox using some new superfoods like mangosteen rind and camu camu, maqui berry to flood your system with phytonutrients while you detox - in addition it contains lots of chia seeds to fill the void.If you are still hungary after the 4 sachet drinks and 12 capsule per day ( the capsules contain chlorrella, spirulena and fucoidan to alkalise etc.)

As i started to say if you are still hungry during the process you are allowed steamed cabbage!

This detox really works and has a great line up of ingredients and good instructions

You don't say what detox plan you followed but you don't have to starve yourself to detox.

If you do a juice detox you will be hungry to begin with but the hunger usually wears off after a few days. Having more juices helps to prevent hunger. Green smoothies are better as they are more filling as they contain the whole food.

Adding some protein powder to juices or smoothies can help with hunger especially if you are a protein type.

When you cut out the junk foods and other things that you generally avoid on a detox diet you have to replace them with healthy alternatives.

If you were on a detox diet that included food then you were probably not eating enough or not eating the right things in the right ratio for your metabolic type. It pays to experiment with different ratios of fat, carbs and protein to see which ratio keep you going and hunger at bay best.

Here is a detox diet that consists of quite a lot of food and might suit you.

    Happy detoxing!
