Hi! I'm about the same as you (dry, red skin, blue eyes, and dark hair). Here's what I wear on a regular basis:
*I use a SMALL amount of the Dream Fresh BB Cream and blend it in.
*Sometimes, if my circles are REALLY bad, I but on the Maybelline Instant Age Rewind, but I don't use it every day. (IT WORKS REALLY WELL THOUGH)
*Then I brush on the CG pressed power that's blue. I know it's for oil control but if you put it over the foundation it gives it a soft matte look that isn't cakey and it looks natural. I prefer to use a powder brush for this because if you use the applicator it comes with it can be uneven and then it may look a little fake. (You can buy drug store applicators if you aren't willing to spend a lot of money, but if you are going to buy a nice one, I recommend the brand Ecotools)
*I sometimes put on black eyeliner just on the outer part of my bottom waterline but i prefer to not wear any. If you are planning on wearing eyeliner, I typically use liquid black eyeliner and do a winged cat eye on top but if you do that then putting it on the bottom too can make youre eyes look a liiiittle bit squinty. But black eyeliner REALLY makes blue eyes pop!
*I just use a shimmery pale eyeshadow and sweep it all over my eyelids. (I have the CG Eyeshadow pallette in Pure Romance and I use the lihtest shade in it) If you want you can add a little depth and add a neutral brown to your crease and blend it in really well.
*I top it off with curling my lashes and the CG Lash Blast in Orange. It may not be the newest one but it BY FAR is the best mascara I've ever owned. :)
*And, of course, can't forget about my BabyLips. :) If you don't already have it, i DEFINITELY recommend you drop everything right now and go get some. HANDS DOWN best thing in my makeup bag. :) doesn't matter what color. :)
I know it looks like a lot but it really is very natural. Hope you enjoy! I'll put some links below to the makeup that I use. :)

Heya, For your skin you shouldn't use any foundation as most of it is quite damaging, instead just use a mild face scrub and a matte moisturizer (This stops your skin looking oily) and you will notice a great improvement on your skin after a week or so.
As for your makeup, do it natrual.. just a bit of mascara and eyeliner and maybe some lipgloss would look really pretty but the best thing to do is keep it natrual :)
Hope I've helped

Foundation would be too much, so apply a good concealer under your eyes and a bit on your eyelids to brighten the area. Also apply to your t-zone. A bit of blusher, then pressed powder to set and matte. Wear with lip gloss or balm. My favourite concealer is Rimmel London Match Perfection Illuminating Concealer in Ivory. :)

a million.) this is everyday, the era typically starts heavy and receives lighter because it ends! 2.) Brown blood is in basic terms previous blood, and it also shows that this is the starting up of your era and the ending. 3.) I actually have an similar challenge! i'd in basic terms upward push up if I even ought to. the first nighttime is mostly the worst. 4.) on your handbag! Or in a zipped up element of a backpack. 5.) It relies upon on how heavy your bypass is. replace it once you imagine there is too a lot on your pad! 6.) supplied that there is blood on it, a tremendous style of it. 7.) try to be high-quality with a pad, yet in basic terms make positive it truly is a skinny style so that you won't be able to see by using spandex! 8.) in basic terms positioned on a pad. and dishevelled sweatpants/shorts. that is what I do! 9.) NO, you do not opt to! Pads are particularly for once you're on your era. in case you want though, you are able to positioned on pantie liners once you're off your era. some human beings like that, they are plenty smaller and thinner than customary pads. desire this helped!

I really like the bb cream by maybelline or Loreal its a moisturizer so its good for your dry skin and you can apply a light powder on your t zone maybe? I would try it out on yourself before school. Also lip gloss and black eyeliner. Not heavy and NOT on your water line trust me. On the top lid :)

You could try some powdered foundation, a little blush and maybe some mascara. It will make your blue eyes look gorgeous :). Although make sure you are allowed makeup at school as you don't want to get into trouble!

For high school makeup, use a BB cream, concealer to cover blemishes, set it with a powder, and add a natural eye shadow!

Mac is very good option but since you're 13 perhaps Cover girl will work best for you.
My little sister uses several brands including Clinique, but my mom got her some lip gloss, blush and accessories at https://www.rightperfume.com/
Hope it helps.

well, i'm also 13, and i've just started wearing makeup daily....
For my skin, I usually wear foundation, concealer, bronzer and powder
And then for everything else, eyeliner, mascara and lipgloss :)
