What is a good way to start off a teen romance book?

    I think the best way to start the book is to first describe the girl,(what she looks like,what she likes, hobbies etc.)

    Then describe the guy (same as girl)

    OR

    start with them in the future, then go something like 5 weeks before or whatever and start the book like that
