is it impossible for me?
i'm just a plain old simple 14th year old girl who lives on the smallest independent island named malta.
my parents don't have a lot of money so when i reach working age (15) i plan to start working to make my dream come true.
when i am ready from university i would like to go to japan and live their permanently. i want to live their for a specific reason i want to work in animation or become a manga editor (in that sector) and take a course for it in japan but my family wants me to be a nurse so they are all trying to destroy my hopes and nobody supports me not even my friends ( i don't have many which i can call real friends actually i have none since i always spend recess alone in the library but when i actually gather my courage to tell someone they just tell me i'm childish and so start to avoid me).
i always loved japan and i'm trying to learn Japanese language and culture online
please i need to know if i can actually do it also since japan is in asia and i'm from europe i don't think i can stay there freely right? (but i will deal with that later on. Please tell me

Do you have an Exchange student program where you are? That would be a way to try out living in Japan.

Well like you said you can get a job when you're old enough. Keep working. Also it helps to get your dream job if you have experience or activity in that field at a young age. It just shows people that you have a bit of prior experience and are active. So maybe you could join a club online that works with animation and manga, there might be apprenticeships online where they could teach you the basics. That way you could get a feel for if it's really what you want to do for the rest of your life. If you have to pay for classes in that area of interest just make sure you hold down your job. Since you want to live in Japan I'd suggest studying their language too. It really isn't that impossible to accomplish and you are going for it at a young age. Wish you the best of luck.
