Pain in upper left buttocks?
I got this pain in my upper part of my butt, I feel it the most when I get up from bed and start running at a slow pace. However when I start running faster the pain is minimal. It is annoying me because I'm in track and this prevents me from performing at my best.
Is there anything I can do, besides going to some doctor, to alleviate the pain and have it go away for good?

A pinched nerve can purpose severe or intermittent buttock anguish. It does no longer have to run down your leg. It could possibly actually be extra severe than the sort that radiates down the leg... It is a warning sign & I suggest you see a Dr. Or chiropractor. Get Xrays carried out to peer if it can be a bulging or herniated disc. You'll have a vertebrae reasonably out of position. Nevertheless, don't take it lightly, as it will probably get greatly worse. Do not do any lifting unless that is checked out. ~think better~
