Would you share you home with someone who is disrespectfully to you and your family?

It is important to note that the Bible DOES NOT teach that God will send individuals to a place of eternal torment and suffering. When told Adam and Eve what their punishment would be, he simply said in Genesis 3:19: "For dust you are and to dust you will return.” He would go back to the same exact condition he was in before he was created: Non-existence. God never told him he would suffer for all eternity.

Ecclesiastes 9:5 says that the "dead are conscious of nothing at all." Psalms 146:4 shows that when one dies their "thoughts do perish."

Interestingly, in the Criswell Theological Review, Professor Pinnock writes: “Everlasting torment is intolerable from a moral point of view because it makes God into a bloodthirsty monster who maintains an everlasting Auschwitz for victims whom he does not even allow to die.” He asks: “How can anyone with the milk of human kindness in him remain calm contemplating such an idea [the traditional doctrine of hell]? . . . How can Christians possibly project a deity of such cruelty and vindictiveness?”

Even Catholic theologian Hans Küng asks: “Should the God of love .  .  . watch for all eternity this endless, hopeless, pitiless, loveless, cruel physical-psychological torture of his creatures?...Is he such a hardhearted creditor? .  .  . What would we think of a human being who satisfied his thirst for revenge so implacably and insatiably?”

To know what the Bible really teaches regarding this matter, read the following:

I think it is a HORRIBLE SHAME that that LIE has been accepted

by SO MANY people over the centuries!

The Bible *actually* teaches that there is *NO* 'afterlife,' and *NO* 'eternal torment!'

'Death' is the *DISCONTINUENCE* of life, its *END.*

Webster’s Third New International Dictionary, unabridged, under “Hell” says:

    - “from . . . helan TO CONCEAL.”

The word “hell” thus originally conveyed *NO* thought of heat or torment but simply of a ‘covered over or concealed place.’

In the old English dialect the expression “helling potatoes” meant to simply to place the potatoes in the ground or in a cellar . . . not to roast them!

    Hell

    - ". . . Transfer of a pagan concept and word to a Christian idiom, used in the K.J.V. for O.T. Heb. SHEOL, N.T. Gk. HADES, GEHENNA. . ." ---Online Etymology Dictionary

    "'Hades':

    - Definition: "In the Septuagint Bible, the Greek translation of Sheol"

    - Etymology: From Greek, literally "UNSEEN".---Allwords Dictionary Online

God's Word shows that there is *NO* mental or physical life of *ANY* kind in death:

"There is an eventuality as respects the sons of mankind and an eventuality as respects the beast, and they have the same eventuality. . . . They have ALL come to be from the dust, and they are ALL returning TO THE DUST."---Ecclesiastes 3:19-20

". . . There is *NO* work, device, knowledge, *NOR* wisdom, in the grave . . ."---Ec 9:10

"You will . . . return TO the GROUND, for out of it you were taken.

For DUST YOU ARE and TO DUST YOU WILL RETURN."---Genesis 3:19

The Law of Cause & Effect are strict and impartial.

The heaven or hell are in you. The life conditions you feel due to your environment are due to the causes you make in this life and carried over from past lives.

The causes you make now are your future.

God dosen't send you to hell. You send yourself there. You live in a country of laws don't you ? If you break the law, you go to jail. You face a penalty for your crime. You want to go through life doing sinful and evil things and then be rewarded for your bad behavior, thats a laugh. You lay in the bed, you make.

It is clearly stated in the Bible that hell was made for Satan and his followers (angelic/demonic). It was not originally made with humans in mind. You send yourself there, but it is not the will of God.

There are people in Hell who love God. It comes down to people not respecting God. I don't think people truly grasp how great Heaven will be. If you had a beautiful paradise and all you really ask for is for people to believe in you and love one another and you'll bless them - as if you didn't already bless them with life, yet they still don't even take the time out to thank you for waking them up or for simply giving them life. WHY would he continue to bless you and bring you into his home. God is the beginning he is the creator of all. He blessed us with this beautiful home perfect for us with all different kinds of creatures and all different kinds of beautiful people with a mind of our own, talents and happiness and love and so much more. After all that, if you don't love him you probably deserve to go to Hell. You can't appreciate him for what he's already blessed you with which is life, why would he bless you with an even better life?

Kind of like that crazy ex-girlfriend who tried to burn down your house after you dumped her.
