Why does the right side of my neck hurt?
IF the RIGHT side of my neck hurts does that mean that I slept on my left side stretching my right side's muscles? Or does it mean I slept on my right side pushing them all together?

if the pain is chronic it is likely that the top vertebra in your neck is misaligned toward the right. if so, this will cause other health problem tendencies. see an hio method chiropractor.

You strained it or there is a knot in your neck you can get rid of both by loosening the muscles using a heating pad for a little for the muscle to relax
